• Work Package 1 ensures effective coordination, management and quality assurance throughout the full lifecycle of the Dual VET 4.0 project. The work package establishes governance structures, financial oversight mechanisms, risk management procedures and internal communication systems required for timely and compliant implementation in accordance with Erasmus+ standards.
• This work package applies a comprehensive Quality and Evaluation Strategy, including continuous monitoring, performance indicators and periodic evaluations. It supports coherence across all work packages through alignment of objectives, timelines and deliverables, while enabling adaptive management through regular partner coordination and structured feedback processes.
• Work Package 2 focuses on the analysis of Dual VET systems in Tunisia and Morocco through a comprehensive needs assessment. The work package applies document analysis, surveys, focus groups and stakeholder consultations involving VET providers, trainers, learners and industry representatives to identify key gaps, challenges and opportunities.
• The assessment benchmarks national practices against European Dual VET models and policy frameworks, ensuring that subsequent project activities remain evidence-based and context-sensitive. Findings from WP2 directly inform the design of digital curricula, training programmes and tools developed in later work packages, ensuring strong labour market relevance and policy alignment.
• Work Package 3 develops the Dual VET Nexus Academy, a comprehensive digital platform supporting VET professionals in Tunisia, Morocco and the wider Southern Mediterranean region. This work package includes the development of digital curricula, an online training centre, a career guidance hub, a VET insights hub and a micro-credentials design tool compatible with European Digital Credentials for Learning standards.
• All learning content aligns with European frameworks such as European Qualifications Framework and European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training and addresses key thematic areas including digital pedagogy, quality assurance, graduate tracking, work-based learning and public–private partnerships. Continuous monitoring and iterative improvements ensure platform responsiveness, accessibility and scalability.
• Work Package 4 translates digital solutions into practice through structured capacity-building activities and pilot implementation. The work package delivers targeted training sessions, study visits and knowledge transfer activities that equip VET trainers and institutional stakeholders with the competences required for effective use and implementation of the Dual VET Nexus Academy.
• This work package also oversees the pilot phase of the platform in selected VET institutions in Tunisia and Morocco. Real-world testing, feedback collection and evaluation activities support the refinement of training content and implementation models, ensuring relevance, usability and long-term adoption while strengthening institutional capacity and continuous professional development.
• Work Package 5 ensures visibility, impact and long-term sustainability for Dual VET 4.0. The work package develops and implements a comprehensive dissemination and communication strategy, including national outreach campaigns, stakeholder engagement activities and high-level dissemination events in partner countries.
• In parallel, WP5 establishes a sustainability and scalability roadmap supporting institutionalisation of project results, policy integration and replication in other Southern Mediterranean countries. Strategic networks among policymakers, VET providers and industry stakeholders secure continuation and wider uptake of project outcomes beyond EU funding.
